Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refund Process

If approved:
